Cancelation policy

Every appointment requires a previous deposit prior to scheduling, which will be deducted from the final cost of the procedure. While the deposit is non-refundable, you can transfer your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

We understand unpredictable events may happen, so if you’re running late, please get in touch with us. We allow a delay tolerance of up to 10 minutes. If you exceed this time, it can result in the loss of your deposit and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

1st touch-up policy

Beware that the first touch-up and the following touch-ups have different prices (according to the price updates). The first touch-up is NOT included in the procedure price, and it has to happen within 30 days (4-6 weeks) after the procedure is done, otherwise, it is not considered to be the 1st touch-up and the price changes.
