Cancelation policy
Every appointment requires a previous deposit prior to scheduling, which will be deducted from the final cost of the procedure. While the deposit is non-refundable, you can transfer your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
We understand unpredictable events may happen, so if you’re running late, please get in touch with us. We allow a delay tolerance of up to 10 minutes. If you exceed this time, it can result in the loss of your deposit and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
