At Holga Prado Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality services while maintaining clear and respectful communication with our clients. Please review the following policies carefully before booking your appointment.
1. About the Procedure
We understand that eyebrow reconstruction is a delicate and emotional process. Our professionals are trained and prepared to carry out each procedure with care and precision. However, we recognize that some clients may feel anxious or unsure during the process.
•If the client decides not to proceed with the procedure at the time of the appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.
•If the professional believes that the client is not emotionally prepared to undergo the procedure, the session may be canceled, and 50% of the amount previously paid will be refunded.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
•All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking, whether made through our website, booking app or communication channels.
•Deposits are transferable if rescheduling is requested with at least 24 hours’ notice. The amount will be applied to the final cost on the day of the new appointment.
•Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a canceled session and the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.
•No-shows will automatically forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit will be necessary to book another appointment.
3. Touch-Up Policy
Each touch-up has a different price depending on the time since the initial procedure. The first touch-up should be done within 30 days, between 4–6 weeks.
• The first touch-up isn’t included in the initial procedure and costs $100 if done within 4 until 6 weeks after the first session.
• After this period, we consider it a 2–8 month touch-up, which has a different price.
• We also offer an annual touch-up, which applies between 12 until 24 months from your last visit.
• After 24 months, from your last visit, it is no longer considered a touch-up but you can still schedule a new procedure.
4. Deposits
•After a deposit is made, clients have up to 10 days to confirm the date and time of their appointment.
•After this period, the original deposit will no longer be valid, and a new deposit will be required to book.
