These policies are in place to protect both our clients and our team, and to ensure every appointment runs smoothly. Please read carefully before booking.
Appointments & Deposits
All appointments require a $100 deposit to secure your booking. This amount is applied toward your total service. Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will require a new deposit to rebook.
Late Arrivals
We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. Please plan accordingly, as each session requires the full scheduled time.
Medical & Health Considerations
Permanent makeup is not suitable for pregnant or nursing clients, clients on blood thinners or Accutane, or those with certain skin conditions or active infections in the treatment area. A health intake form is required before every appointment.
Touch-Up Session
Touch-up sessions are recommended between 4 to 6 weeks after the initial procedure and are charged separately at the current listed rate.
Results & Healed Outcomes
Results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, and adherence to aftercare instructions. For this reason, outcomes cannot be guaranteed to be identical across all clients. Touch-up sessions are intended to refine and perfect the healed result.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including in cases of inappropriate behavior, undisclosed medical conditions that contraindicate the procedure, or requests that fall outside our scope of safe practice.
